When we got into this business decades ago, we had a vision of a practice that families genuinely enjoyed coming to. We had a vision of a practice where patients were fully educated about their dental health and all possible plans of treatment, rather than being left to wonder as dentists silently went about their work. And we had a vision of a practice that was thorough and complete in all the services it provided, but always tempered those services with gentleness and care.
